    Techvisie B.V. considers that the careful and safe handling of privacy-sensitive information of its website visitors, candidates, employees and the self-employed is very important. For this reason, Techvisie B.V. has prepared this Privacy Statement. Techvisie B.V. handles and secures the personal data entrusted to it with the utmost care. In this Privacy Statement, Techvisie B.V. provides you with insight into how Techvisie handles your personal data in certain cases, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming).

  2. Who we are.
    Techvisie B.V. is a temporary employment agency that has been making professional candidates available on the Dutch market since 1999. From our five branches, we act as an intermediary for the deployment of technical personnel in the following sectors: electrical and installation technology, metal, infrastructure, construction and finishing, painters. The head office of Techvisie B.V. is located at Munsterstraat 1, 7418 EV Deventer.
    Techvisie B.V. is a controller in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation and has control over the processing of personal data and determines the purpose and means of the processing.
    Techvisie B.V. sometimes engages other companies to perform services for it. Techvisie B.V. remains responsible for the processing of your personal data in these situations. Techvisie B.V. concludes contractual agreements with these companies about the handling of your personal data, so that your privacy is always guaranteed.

  3. Technical information.
    When you visit our website, the website automatically collects information about your visit and the devices used. This includes information about which device you use to visit the website, the IP address of the device, the IP address of the Internet Service Provider, the operating system used, the date and time of your visit, the internet address of the website from which you were directly linked, the pages you visited and the information you viewed on the website, the geo-information of your location and the material that you send to and download from the website.     – If the processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a general interest task or of a task within the framework of the exercise of public authority with which Techvisie B.V. is vested.
    – If the processing is necessary to represent the legitimate interests of Techvisie B.V. or a third party, except when your interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms that exist to protect your personal data outweigh these interests.

  6. Why do we collect your personal data?
    Your personal data is used to offer you the best possible HR services, including temporary placement, secondment, acting as an intermediary, payroll, salary administration, personnel management, personal development and deployability, recruitment and selection.

    Techvisie B.V. uses your data for the following purposes:
    – To bring together supply and demand in the employment market.
    – To inform you of interesting offers of Techvisie B.V.
    – To register and process hours worked in our salary system.
    – To be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with acting as your intermediary for finding permanent or temporary work or for an assignment.
    – To send you newsletters, but only if you have registered for these.
    – To enter into and maintain an employee or intermediary relationship with you and to carry out the relevant administration for this purpose.
    – To fulfil our reintegration obligations and to comply with the objective, imposed by the government, to assist people with poor job prospects to find work on the employment market.
    – To be able to record assignments with our clients in an agreement with these clients and to maintain and observe such agreements with clients.
    – To process data in the context of pre-employment screening for the benefit of our clients.
    – To promote your personal development and deployability, including training and education.
    – For management purposes, including providing management information, internal controls and occupational safety and performing audits.
    – For quality purposes, such as certification.
    – To apply for subsidies, premium discounts and so on.
    – For compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to identification, employment law, tax and social security legislation, fraud prevention and national and international sanctions legislation, if we have entered into an employee or personnel/intermediary relationship with you.

  7. What personal data do we collect?
    Techvisie B.V. may process the following personal data if you are a jobseeker, candidate, on secondment, employee or temporary employee, independent entrepreneur and/or business contact of Techvisie B.V. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide is accurate and up to date.

    Jobseeker or candidate:
    – Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and other contact details.
    – Birth details, age, gender.
    – Curriculum vitae (cv), information about education, internships and work experience.
    – Data about training and education that you have followed or taken yourself or through us.
    – Data on availability and leave.
    – Other data that may be important in the framework of the assessment of the suitability of the candidate, for example references and certificates and data concerning work experience.
    – Other content that you present yourself on a voluntary basis (such as a photo, video).
    – Data, other than the data mentioned above, which requires processing pursuant to or is necessary with a view to the application of the law.

    Seconded, employee, temporary employee and independent entrepreneur:
    If you will work, currently work or have worked for Techvisie B.V. or its clients, Techvisie B.V. may process the following data:
    – Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number, bank and/or giro account number and other contact details.
    – Birth details, age, gender.
    – Curriculum vitae (cv), information about education, internships and work experience.
    – Data about training and education that you have followed or taken yourself or through us.
    – Data on availability and leave.
    – Nationality, citizen service number (BSN), copy of identity document and any work permit.
    – Data in the context of pre-employment screening.
    – Data on the nature and content of your previous employment and the termination thereof;
    – Other data that may be important in the framework of the assessment of the suitability of the candidate, for example references and certificates and data concerning work experience.
    – Other data related to the personnel, salary and absenteeism registration.
    – Other content that you voluntarily provide yourself, such as a photo, video.
    – Data, other than the data mentioned above, which requires processing pursuant to or is necessary with a view to the application of the law.

  8. Third parties.
    Techvisie B.V. may transfer your personal data to other entities of Techvisie B.V., its clients, subcontractors (such as data processors) acting on behalf of Techvisie B.V. that provide services or carry out assignments, suppliers, government agencies and other business contacts. And in all other cases where may be obliged to do so, for example by a court order or judgment.

    The provision of the personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or to execute the agreement in accordance with the purposes mentioned under ‘Why do we collect your personal data?’.

    Your personal data may be passed on outside the Netherlands. Techvisie B.V. has taken the necessary measures to ensure that the personal data passed on are adequately protected.

  9. Your rights.
    We are committed to making it easy for you to use your rights with regard to the processing of your personal data. If you wish to make use of one of the rights mentioned below to which you are entitled, you can contact us as described below.

    Access and/or amendment of data.
    You can request us at any time via info@techvisie.nl or 0570-676167 or by letter to P.O. Box 179, 7400 AD Deventer, to indicate the data and categories of data of you we process, the purposes for which this takes place, the source of the data and the retention periods we apply.

    You can also contact us at any time to supplement, correct or delete your data. In the unlikely event that we have provided you with incorrect personal data, we will rectify this.

    If we have amended your personal details, we will inform you accordingly.

    Restricting the processing of your data.
    If you do not agree with the content of the data we hold about you, you may submit a request to temporarily restrict the processing of your data. We will then wait until these data are correct in your opinion before distributing your data. You can submit a request for a restriction of processing at any time via the above contact details.

    If we restrict the processing of your personal data, we will inform you accordingly.

    Right to transfer data.
    You can request the personal data we hold about you from Techvisie B.V. You are completely free to transfer this data to a third party.

    Right to be forgotten.
    If you no longer wish to use our services, you can submit a request for the deletion of all your personal data. You can request us to delete all your data at any time.

    You can also withdraw your consent, if any, for the processing of your data at any time. We will then discontinue the processing of your personal data for which you had granted permission. However, withdrawing your consent does not affect the processing that has already taken place.

    Procedure, response time and costs.
    We try to handle your requests, as mentioned in this section, as quickly as possible. We are required to verify your identity before your requests can be met. In principle, your requests will be handled electronically, unless that is not possible or you request otherwise.

    In principle, for the processing of your aforementioned requests, we will not charge you unless your requests are excessive, manifestly unfounded or if you request additional copies pursuant to your right to access.

  10. Security of personal data.
    Techvisie B.V. makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures. For example: only authorized persons have access to the data. If and insofar as data is provided to data processors who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, Techvisie B.V. has agreed with these data processors that they will also optimally protect the personal data.

  11. Retention period.
    Techvisie B.V. does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing and in accordance with the legal retention periods.

  12. Questions, comments, complaints or (suspected) data breach.
    If you have any questions, comments or complaints about the protection of your personal data by Techvisie B.V., please contact us in writing or by e-mail.
    If you do not agree with the use of your personal data by Techvisie B.V., you can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

  13. Amendments.
    Techvisie B.V. reserves the right to amend or change this Privacy Statement. None of the provisions of the Privacy Statement are intended to establish any obligation or agreement between Techvisie B.V. and a data subject.

  14. Other provisions.
    The laws of the Netherlands apply to the provisions of this Privacy Statement and all disputes arising therefrom.
